2013年2月26日,山東聊城(cheng)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)有(you)限公司在對1號機組(zu)(zu)c相SGB11-RL三(san)維(wei)立體卷鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)芯干式變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)進(jin)行內(nei)部(bu)檢查(cha)時(第一(yi)次換料(liao)大(da)修期間(jian)),發(fa)現(xian)(xian)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)旁(pang)(pang)扼(e)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)心(xin)藍色(se)綁(bang)扎帶出(chu)現(xian)(xian)移位(wei),繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)圍(wei)屏(ping)綁(bang)扎帶松脫,繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)下(xia)壓(ya)板處(chu)絕(jue)緣(yuan)墊塊移位(wei),鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)心(xin)拉板和(he)夾件(jian)之(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)的(de)兩孔絕(jue)緣(yuan)墊塊脫落(luo),夾梁與(yu)側梁之(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)有(you)一(yi)螺栓(shuan)及其墊圈脫落(luo)、箱底座上有(you)一(yi)扎絕(jue)緣(yuan)紙(zhi)和(he)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)砂等(deng)異常現(xian)(xian)象。隨后在對A相變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)檢查(cha)中,同樣發(fa)現(xian)(xian)存在旁(pang)(pang)扼(e)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)心(xin)藍色(se)綁(bang)扎帶移位(wei)和(he)一(yi)些保(bao)護紙(zhi)以及繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)圍(wei)屏(ping)綁(bang)扎帶松脫等(deng)現(xian)(xian)象。在主變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)13相的(de)內(nei)部(bu)檢查(cha)中,除發(fa)現(xian)(xian)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)和(he)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)心(xin)的(de)綁(bang)扎帶各有(you)一(yi)根(gen)松脫外,還發(fa)現(xian)(xian)一(yi)個鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)心(xin)旁(pang)(pang)柱(zhu)彎曲(qu)變(bian)形,彎曲(qu)距離約有(you)90mm。
